During our Halloween Horror Showcase at Supermercator, we celebrated a cohort of exciting new artists, and gave audiences the opportunity to get to know them better.
After the screenings, a Q&A panel let our attendees put questions to some of the stars and directors behind the movies.
Now, we are publishing the session on YouTube so viewers at home can also enjoy some of the rare insights they offered up.
First, we spoke to Jonathan van Wieren and Isis Caljé from Zij, and Nick Vorsselman from Contac T about examining family trauma through ghost stories.
Then, we sat with The Red Lights of Town‘s Dia Taylor and Rubik’s Cube‘s Lars Hogendoorn to discuss the importance of taking a stand through filmmaking.
